Overall Statement
of Responsibility:
This position is responsible for the administration and coordination of the
sales function.
Responsibilities:
Account Management
- Point of contact for National
Accounts escalations - Work with clients to handle
problem resolution and delivery within established time lines - Liaise with all departments to
see escalation through to resolution - Liaise with National Account
and individual contacts on a regular (SLA
determined) basis - Document correspondence with
and provide necessary reports to National Accounts and Executive teams
Sales
- Work with Sales team to include
SC, SE and assigned RSM’s - Gather and facilitate sales
strategy, procedure and process information to and from sales teams to
Sales Operations, and all other necessary departments - Fielding incoming calls/emails
from potential prospects & qualifying/assigning to RSM or passing to
other teams - Assisting SE’s and RSM’s in
qualifying/reporting of data
Administration
- Utilize and manage (including
administrator to) various internal resources/programs: CRM tools, Synapse,
Navision, CTS, Intranet, Solar, MS Office programs - Training and offering refresher
courses to sales staff - Preparing weekly status reports
and communicating sales status
with VP by providing updates, breaking down numbers, etc. - Prepare contracts, RFP’s and
customized proposals and follow up on their receipt to individual groups - Accurately pull all details of
sales for regular reports
Coordinating and Scheduling
- General coordination of all sales activity for region including monitoring
pipeline and processing sales - Assist in special projects
- Provide direction and support
for incoming inquiries to sales team and other departments
Skills and Qualifications:
- Must be fluent in Spanish and
English - Highly organized and detail
oriented - Ability to handle multiple
projects and duties effectively - Understands the
importance of team work - Excellent written and verbal
communication skills - Successful completion of post
secondary diploma or degree preferred - Strong computer and time
management skills (MS Office, internal tools) - Technical knowledge pertaining
to high speed internet services or knowledge of the hospitality industry considered
an asset - Limited travel may be required
