What are the job responsibilities?
Bi-Lingual (Spanish) Call Center Representative.
Hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 - 5:15
Handle all inbound calls regarding policy owner's inquires in a production oriented, high volume call center.
Utilize expert problem solving skills to resolve complex issues and customer complaints, taking all available steps to resolve and ensure full resolution
Who is our ideal candidate?
Ideal candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent.
Excellent communication skills in both English and Spanish.
Able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast paced environment.
Customer focused, self motivated individual who can provide professional, reliable and prompt service to our customers.
Effective working independently in a team environment.
