CoWorx Staffing along with its client located in Taunton, MA is looking for polished Bilingual English / Spanish customer service representatives to be the primary contact for Spanish speaking customers, hostesses & consultants regarding any questions or issues such as exchanges, verifying customer information, credit authorizations or damaged goods. Documents problems & issues, determines
available resources & courses of action for resolution. Such actions may include but are not limited to tracing shipments, expediting replacement & exchanges of products, issuing refunds, will also interpret & explain company, sales & marketing programs & policies to callers in Spanish
Requirement:
- Verbal and written fluency in English and Spanish
- 1+ years of call center experience
- Data Entry to include 6000+ keystrokes per hour
Hours: 6:30am - 3pm Monday - Friday
