


Apex Systems in Denver, CO is seeking Bilingual (Spanish) Help Desk Analysts for contract-to-hire opportunities with a valued client in the metro area.

DESCRIPTION: Interaction with numerous clients via email telephone. Perform initial assessment of service requests and attempt to resolve and/or escalate to the second or third line support, based on agreed service levels. Monitor and escalate, as required, all service requests. Keep the customer informed on the status of their service requests. Provide hardware and software support. Document procedures to share with others on the team.
REQUIREMENTS:
-Excellent written/verbal communication in both English and Spanish
-3+ years of Help Desk experience
-Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office
-Strong database knowledge (Sybase, Oracle or SQL)
-Experience using call tracking applications
-On-call support availability
