Coinstar Money Transfer is seeking an experienced Software Development Leader to guide and direct the development team and software resources to include testing and roll-out/integration phases of qualified new business partners; including development of program objectives, coordination, project timelines, execution of project plans and coordination of day-to-day programs/operations.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Ensures adequate resources from functional areas are identified and committed on project timing &
schedules
· Organize, align, coach, and motivate staff to achieve extraordinary results
· Proactively identifies and resolves issues impacting on-schedule delivery of program objectives
· Recognize and clearly communicate goals, obstacles, and most probable solutions, within the team
and to members of other departments when appropriate
· Hands on programming 20% of the time C++ (QA coding & recoding)
· Continually improves program planning and management processes to maximize development resources
· Experience building high caliber software development teams & managing off shore developers
· Ability to work a flexible schedule to coordinate with other time zones as appropriate
· Enjoy working with diverse, multi-national team members and customers
· Maximum 20% travel may be required
Required Qualifications & Skills:
· 7-10 years development experience
· Solid understanding of object-oriented programming
· Familiarity with software development life cycles such as SCRUM, Agile or Waterfall
· Solid Project Management experience
· SQL Server including stored procedures and relational data modeling
· Exceptional written and oral communication skills
· 3+ years demonstrated experience understanding and developing requirements
and specifications producing high quality documentation for a variety of audiences.
· 3+ years general supervisory experience
Desired Qualifications:
· Global project management & global business exposure
· Money Wire Financial Services experience
Education and/or Experience:
Bachelor's degree (B. A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university

SCRUM, Agile or Waterfall
Data Modeling: Relation modeling using Erwin, Rational Rose/UML
Code reviewing and recoding experience
XML Experience, basic understanding of Sequal Servers-Written and execution of sequal statements for testing purposes, run queries, sample SML, interface & application, etc.
.NET Technology, C#, T-SQL
Experience with relational databases (MS SQL, Oracle, etc)
Experience developing web services platforms.
