Billing & Account Coordinator

About the Job

TV Guide Network, a diverse entertainment company with operations in cable network, broadband, on demand, and the internet, is looking for a Billing & Accounting Coordinator.


 


This individual will be responsible for handling the following: ad sales billings with our Network Advertising System (VCI); ad billings for On Line and Broadband/On-Demand; cash application; and preparation of credit and billing adjustments.


 


This position is also responsible for general accounting functions including account reconciliations and analyses, and recording revenue activity in the general ledger.



 


Successful candidates must have a customer-service focus and be able to multi-task in a deadline-driven environment. Qualified candidates should have at least 3 years of similar experience and be familiar with the following:



 


Billing and Accounts Receivables


Customer Service experience


Basic Accounting Knowledge



SAP experience is preferred.
