Billing Analyst   33-10953155

The Billing Analyst will be responsible for the coordination of approximately 200 invoices per month, create reports reflecting billing, auditing, and expenses data. This position is located in Downers Grove and will report to the Billing Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Develop thorough understanding of billing system from order entry to cash apps
• Generate and mail invoices for customers daily
• Request and process credit for erroneous billings and/or cancelled locations
• Restructure and maintain National Account billing accounts as needed
• Run and review Cognos reports at month end to identify and correct billing issues
• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries
• Ensure all processes are fully documented
• Assist Finance Department with various ad hoc projects

Requirements:

• 2 – 5 years of billing experience
• Strong Word, Excel and 10-key experience is a must
• Must have strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Confidence, professional demeanor and team play attitude are required
• Must have ability to meet deadlines and maintain poise under pressure
