Ideal candidates will be professional, articulate, detail oriented, able to multi-task, have excellent communication skills – both verbal and written, and be a team player!! Job stability is a MUST!

Four year degree PREFERRED!

Buckhead Law Firm is seeking an experienced Commercial Litigation Legal Secretary with 3+ years of litigation experience.

Candidates must have e-filing experience and a stable work history!

We are seeking a self-starting team player with exceptional attention to detail, who demonstrates phenomenal communication skills- both written and verbal. Candidates must be professional, organized, and computer savvy.


Position 3:
Workers' Compensation Defense Legal Secretary Needed for Midtown Law Firm!

Midtown law firm is seeking a Workers' Compensation Defense Legal Secretary. Candidates must have at least 3 years of Workers' Comp experience from a defense firm.

Our client is seeking a candidate with excellent technical skills. Candidates must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other legal software.

We are seeking a self-starting team player with exceptional attention to detail, who demonstrates phenomenal communication skills- both written and verbal. Candidates must be professional, organized, and computer savvy!

MUST have Defense experience!

Candidates must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, be a self-starter, have excellent organizational & communication skills – both verbal & written, be professional & articulate, and be a team player!

4 year degree is REQUIRED!

Insurance Defense Legal Secretary needed for Galleria Law Firm!

Galleria Law Firm is seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Litigation Legal Secretary with at least 3+ years of prior litigation experience.

MUST have INSURANCE DEFENSE experience!!

MUST be Proficient in MS Word, Outlook, and e-filing!

Candidates must be professional and articulate, have excellent grammar and computer skills and must be extremely familiar with the e-filing process, have excellent attention to detail, have the ability to work in a fast paced environment and have an excellent attitude, have exceptionally strong administrative skills, be very detail-oriented and be adaptable! Must be a team player.

Some overtime is required!!

Salary: $45k - $55k



Position 6:
Commercial Litigation Legal Secretary Needed for Sandy Springs Law Firm!

Prior Real Estate Litigation experience is PREFERRED!!

Candidates must be detail-oriented, able to multi-task, be a self-starter, have excellent organizational & communication skills – both verbal & written, be professional & articulate, and be a team player!

MUST be familiar with State and Federal Codes!

MUST be able to e-file!
