Project Manager – Billing Conversions

Alliance Telecom Solutions is seeking a Senior Level Billing Conversion Project Manager who has solid experience with wireless and wireline billing conversions for our project in Anchorage, AK.   This project will provide a good rate along with rotation schedule and expenses covered while working on site.  We are also seeking a PM for a similar role in Atlanta as well.  This consultant must have experience with telecom billing with preference for experience in a service bureau environment.  This is a 6 month+ consulting project which could run longer term. 

Duties:

• Project management for the delivery process for new client implementation in the billing system.
• Create a project plan, including the required structure and duties of the teams.
• Develop requirements for the system changes needed to implement the new client.  These changes will need to be developed in message processing system. 
• Provide the interface and communication between the user groups and the Development team.
• Assure the design, execution of UAT testing within the user groups and communicate the issues identified in the process
• Liaise with the user groups on changes being made and complete the communication loop with the IT development group.
• Manage internal communication
• Manage the project risks, both those that arise from client action or inaction, and the vendor.
• Provide Vendor management
• Provide hands on day to day project management and be actively engaged in problem solving
• Work with the business units and provide leadership and direction to help they make the business process changes needed to utilize the new product.
• Direct the configuration process and ensure that the business requirements are met. 
• Create a traceability matrix for the project to support the requirements to testing process.
• Manage the integration efforts with the other systems in their production architecture.
• Provide leadership and advice to the test manager.
