Under the supervision of the Senior Accounting Manager the Billing Coordinator is responsible for care day and contract billings as well as all reconciliations, data management, and collections related to assigned billings. The Billing Coordinator will work with the Billing Specialist in assisting with compilation of data, data entry, billing preparation and follow through for the assigned billings. Undergraduate Degree or MastersDegree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum 3 to 5 years in field of Accounting or Finance, with good organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing. Must have a valid NYS Driver’s License with a satisfactory driving record.
