Billing Coordinator
There is an immediate need for a billing coordinator in the Philadelphia area. This is a chance to join a growing company in a strong industry with a lot of potential opportunity. The coordinator will work for director level personnel and will have a lot of visibility within the overall organization.
Responsibilities:
· Reviews billing data from charge or sales slips and purchase orders to ensure amounts and account numbers are accurate.
· Calculates billing charges, and assigns billing numbers for tracking purposes.
· Submits invoices for supervisory approval of charges and credit terms.
· Manages the processing and calculation of billing costs consistent with company policy and procedure.
· Prepares reports of billing activity for management.
Requirements:
· 4+ years related experience
· High school diploma or equivalent, preferably A.S. degree.
· Good numeric aptitude
· Must be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
· Hands-on experience in computerized accounting systems, and familiarity with PC-computer applications. PeopleSoft experience in billing application is required.
