Qualified candidates will have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least two years of data entry experience, along with customer service and/or administrative support experience.

The Billing Help Desk Specialist position reports to the Director of Billing and is responsible for Help Desk support to over 100 field locations regarding billing software (Casamba) questions, issues and training needs for system users.  The qualified candidate will also provide administrative support to the Billing Department, audit billing and charts, assist with contract billing and provide account management support.
