Our Behavior Analysts are a critical part of each student's multi-disciplinary team. Under general supervision the BCBA plans and implements therapeutic services and programs to children with mental health issues and cognitive impairments. Assesses student cognitive, behavioral, and social and emotional needs and develops therapeutic goals and objectives for the student's IEP. You have the opportunity to work in the student's natural environment with a team of professionals fully committed to providing the best care possible.
This position is based at our Berryville PRTF (Psychiatric Residential Treatment Facility) Virginia program. It is a Full time M-F position. In this setting, you will work with children and young adults who are dually diagnosed with mild developmental delays and significant co-existing psychiatric conditions.
