Full Cycle Bookkeeper/Staff Accountant with PEACHTREE QUANTUM!!
Duties:
Month end close
AP and AR
Debits and Credits
Monthly Financials
Must understand the full cycle of accounting
Entering invoices
GL
Balance sheets
Bank Reconciliations
Cash Flow
Assist as an Audit assistant
Bank reconciliations
Help train receptionist on how to use this software and work basic AP and AR in system
Musts:
Self starter
Follow direction from CFO
Full knowledge of Accounting Process
Peachtree QUANTUM Accounting Software
Pay for this position is $40-45K/year.
