DUTIES INCLUDE:

• Overall branch profit and loss accountability.
• Maximizes sales and margins while controlling all costs and maximizing Return on Investment (ROI).
• Develops annual branch budget and sales & marketing plan focused on the acquisition, development, and growth of both new and existing branch customers.
• Works with Marketing to develop and implement Branch promotions/events.
• Develops and improves store standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Ensures safekeeping of company assets, including structures, equipment, inventory and cash.  
• Ensures store is always neat, clean and organized.
• Recommends product additions and deletions.
• Schedules and promotes branch training & certification programs.
• Ensures inventory accuracy by conducting quarterly cycle counts.
• Ensures orders are picked and staged accurately and promptly for customer pick-up or delivery.
• Hires and trains new employees.
• Develops goals and monitors performance of immediate subordinates.
