Job Responsibilities

This position will direct and control the branch service department to ensure an efficient and profitable operation to support branch and corporate objectives. Ensure customer satisfaction, safety and profitability. Establish a culture of professionalism, open interactive team communication with a focus on a high sense of urgency for customers.

Other responsibilities include creating annual business plan and budget to promote machine sales, parts and service, safety, and teamwork. Develop and manage employees' growth through mentoring and training. Maintain the branch facility while reinforcing established Practices and Procedures to Ziegler standards. Implement and maintain procedures to meet customer's expectations for after-hours parts and service.

Job Requirements

·     2-year college degree required

·     5+ yrs. experience in related field and position of construction and ag equipment

·     2+ years of hands-on shop experience working on diesel engines and/or heavy construction and ag equipment

·     Superior level of business acumen and professionalism

·     Exceptional leadership skills, conflict resolution, and negotiating skills

·     Outstanding communication and customer service skills

·     Good computer skills and competent in MS Office products
