Requirements:
Must have moving and storage industry experience or resume will not be considered.
- College degree or 10 years of relevant combined sales and operations management experience.
- Must be professional in appearance and articulate.
- Must take corporate basic Math and English tests and the Caliper profile prior to hire.
- A pre-hire drug screen is required.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Complete profit and loss responsibility.
- Recruit, hire, train, retain and when necessary terminate branch employees following company processes and procedures.
- Meet or exceed all budgeted profit quotas assigned. Obtain approval from the branch manager or Vice President of Moving Services for all capital expenditures.
- Report monthly to the VPMS a recap of your P&L statement outlining items that impacted profitability both positively and negatively.
- Responsible for maintaining all company property including the warehouse, rolling stock, equipment and client property. You must immediately report to the VPMS anything that threatens the safety of the company or client property and equipment.
- Agree to commit fill time to this position and not pursue outside business interests.
- Follow Federal, State and Local laws as they are required and not willfully violate and of these rules and regulations during your term of employment.
- Agree to follow all company policies and procedures during your term of employment.
- The mission is to grow the branch revenues, manage expenses tightly and increase profits as planned and deliver a great service by meeting all agreed upon client expectations.
- Submit all reports to the VPMS as required on time and complete.
