The Company: A leading national industrial distributor of quality MRO supplies: perishable tooling, metalworking supplies, hand & power tools, fasteners, safety supplies etc. IE: 500,000 SKU's. This company stocks 95% of what they sell, guarantees same day shipping and next day delivery from 4 distribution centers serving 90 branch locations. USA sales in 2007 totaled $1.6 Billion.
The Opportunity: Manage the Portland, ME branch, consisting of 12-15 employees and sales of $10M. This includes 5 outside sales reps, supplying industrial and commercials end users in ME, NH & VT. Handle both operations & sales, plus P&L.
Requirements: Strong industrial field sales management experience. You should be a great mentor and motivator of sales people. Metalworking sales experience would be a plus. Also useful is successful P&L experience and E-commerce skills. PrincetonOne is an equal employment opportunity employer.
