Requirements include, but are not limited to: - Set/establish individual sales goals for the staff - This employee is the sales manager for the office and is responsible for: 1. Conducting weekly sales meetings. 2. Executing Conestoga Bank sales strategies. - Open new accounts and take consumer loan applications. - Maintain the day to day operations of the branch. - Gather preliminary information to refer leads to other lines of business as appropriate. - Resolve customer complaints - Promote and cross-sells bank's products and services as appropriate to customer needs. - Conducts monthly audits. - Lead branch meetings to ensure staff is knowledgeable of all current promotions and procedures. - Maintains harmony among workers and resolves grievances. - Coach & develop staff to achieve professional growth. - Responsible for branch, branch fee income, and branch cost controls for marketing and supplies.
