Job Summary and Mission:
Your job, as a Branch Service Associate, is to Perform cash management functions, process securities and correspondence, keep records and perform margin activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting and assisting clients and visitors to the Branch and providing administrative assistance when needed
- Trade processing and handling Financial Advisor corrections
- Assisting with the new account process for the Branch
- Interface with external clients, anticipate their needs, and follow through to provide exceptional service
- Provide service to internal branch clients by interfacing with management, managing the relationships with assigned Financial Advisors, coordinating with the operations function, and performing administrative duties
- Support and drive firm initiatives
- Maintain risk awareness and regulatory knowledge
Qualifications:
- 1-3 years of relevant Branch operations experience.
- High School Diploma or equivalent required, College Degree recommended
- Client service oriented
- Team player
- Detail oriented with proven organizational skills
- Manages time efficiently and can multi-task
- Proven written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter who is comfortable managing complex and evolving situations
- Independent, motivated, proactive, and focused to take action
