Advancial Federal Credit Union, with headquarters located in Dallas, Texas, is a full service financial institution providing innovative financial solutions to individuals and select employee groups for over 70 years. We are expanding into the Oklahoma area and are currently seeking an individual to serve as a Branch Supervisor in our Oklahoma City location.

Responsibilities: The person selected for this position will be responsible for the following: supervises branch of Credit Union by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate employees:  implements and maintains a sales and service culture within the assigned branch; hires, disciplines and coaches staff at this location; oversees or personally performs all essential functions of the branch including member service, teller duties and loan officer responsibilities. Responsibilities also include initiating & maintaining effective communications with Chesapeake Energy employees in order to grow membership.  This includes planning and performing on-site visits, lunch seminars, open enrollment sessions and in-house member appreciation days.

Requirements:  This position requires an Associate’s degree and two years related experience.   

It is a requirement of Advancial Federal Credit Union that our employees have credit current and in good standing, therefore background and credit checks will be required.  Credit must be in good standing with no collection, repossession, or charge off accounts.
