Brand Coordinator

About the Job

Astral Brands, Inc., an innovator in the creation and management of health and beauty brands is looking to fill the position of Brand Coordinator for its Pur Minerals brand in its Atlanta, GA headquarters.  The Brand Coordinator will be responsible for both Live Shopping and Retail Sales Support for the brand.  The candidate will be able to manage multiple projects, love to contribute ideas and won't hesitate to get involved in every aspect of the mix.


 


Key Attributes:




  • Ideally 2-3 years demonstrated experience within a corporate environment working on Live Television and Retail channels


  • A Bachelor's degree in a related field


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills


  • Has the ability to manage projects from inception to completion


  • Demonstrates passion for the brand


  • Ensures a high quality output

 


General Description and Duties:


 


Live Shopping




  • Work with appropriate parties to build show proposals for networks in Canada, Germany, England and Australia


  • Enter/Maintain shows in show planning grid


  • Work with buyers at the networks on show kits, pricing, line ups and sales


  • Update Show Tracker to track the progress and status of shows


  • Hold weekly meeting to review show status and progress with executive team


  • Prepare spec sheets and inserts for all networks


  • Send host samples


  • Manage QA process



    • Work with QA team to ensure samples and kits are approved


    • Communicate issues to Product Development


  • Coordinate Before and After Shoots



    • Gather kit samples for each network


    • Secure artist, models & photography


  • Communicate new before/after, inserts, specs, collateral and graphics to buyers


  • Purchase Orders



    • Review pricing and quantity


    • Work with planning to build Bill of Material


    • Ensure shows are complete and ship on time


  • Record/track show kit sales and productivity and use this information to strategically plan future shows

 


Retail Sales Support




  • Process Purchase Orders (Ulta, Dillards, Zappos, Duane Reade, Live Shopping)


  • Maintain PO Discrepancies (Ulta)


  • File weekly snapshots from Market Coordinators


  • Monitor accuracy of schedules & vacation


  • Review expense reports


  • Attend events as necessary


  • Assist in planning charity, expo and tradeshow events
