
Judge Executive Search is currently seeking a Brand Manager for a major manufacturer in the Food Industry. This role will be responsible for creating brand innovation strategies and expand current portfolio of brands while working across functions and partner with leaders across the organization. The incumbent will work to support the brand strategy through consumer, market, and brand understanding, innovation, and brand strategy development.
Responsibilities:
· Create winning innovation strategies across the brands assigned
· Lead multi-functional team in uncovering new consumer insights and product ideas
· Lead multi-functional team and Agency in creating new product concepts that meet established hurdles
· Create business case for establishing new innovation projects
· Develop brand strategies that create consumer engagement and loyalty
· Provide advice and counsel to senior business leaders about strategic opportunities to grow both the brands and our financial results
· Constantly evaluate, analyze and recommend new area of business in terms of brand extension
· Own and lead independent brand stewardship projects that have significant company impact
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree required (MBA preferred)
· 1-2 years of current experience working as a Brand Manager
· Established brand marketing combined with marketing innovation experience and business development
· Experience working in and managing brand in other channels (drug, dollar, discount & club for example)
· A minimum of 2 years of product management and related experience
· A thorough understanding of marketing and business functions with a CPG company
· Ability to work in conditions which include multiple and conflicting priorities, extended work schedules, and specific time constraints
· Proficiency working in Microsoft Office Suite
· Excellent communication skills (verbal and writing)
