Brand Manager is a leadership role with responsibility for developing, implementing and managing annual strategic, financial, innovation and operating plans for a brand or portfolio of brands. This includes promotions, packaging, analysis and P&L. This role will be responsible for leading cross-functional



What we offer

Achieve revenue, profitability, market share and other objectives by\:
Developing and executing annual and long-term strategic plans for the brand and consistentwith corporate priorities
Actively managing brand P&L
Leading and influencing innovation to develop and execute short and long-term coreimprovement and new products.
Building consumer awareness, generate trial, increase distribution and drive sales bydeveloping effective consumer promotions and communications plans. Quantifying andevaluating effectiveness by directing post-program analysis.
Partnering with internal departments to develop trade, retail, and category strategies to meet consumer and customer objectives.
Championing brand with cross-functional teams to gain alignment on Brand Plans and driveexecution excellence
Managing all marketing activities including but not limited to promotions, research,packaging and pricing
Developing and maintain relationships with external partners and agencies
Developing and consistently building the brand equity as a means of attaining volume goalsand long-term profit growth
Evaluating performance, identify competitive threats, and determine product strengths,weaknesses and opportunities by conducting market analyses


Who we are looking for

Bachelors in Marketing; MBA preferred.
Min 5-7 years of CPG brand marketing experience
