BROKER CHANNEL MANAGER
POSITION OVERVIEW
Primarily responsible for networking within the Commercial Real Estate Broker community to generate enquiries and expand broker network. Serve as a liaison between Broker’s and Sales Managers throughout sales process.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
· Maintain and grow existing relationships while establishing and fostering new
· Generate revenue through effective leads within broker community.
· Develop & execute broker activities & events within the broker community each month.
· Expand the existing broker network base by building new broker relationships
· Develop strong prospecting programs geared to brokerage houses.
· Serve as liaison throughout sales process.
· Create/implement on-going communication programs for brokers.
· Develop action plans in support of the prospecting programs.
· Deliver outside sales presentation, with follow up protocol to brokerage houses.
· Provide timely/accurate prospecting reports as requested.
· Establish effective working relationships with Field Management Team and Global Account Teams.
· Enter all leads accurately and timely into Pivotal system, allocating to appropriate location
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
· Must be high energy and able to present to all levels
· Strong communication/presentation skills.
· Highly motivated and self-driven, comfortable with networking.
· 3+ years outside sales territory/account development experience desired.
· Solid networking connections and established contact list within region required.
· College degree in business or related field preferred.
