Brokerage Services Representative

Signator Investors Inc., John Hancock's broker dealer, is responsible for providing a complete line of brokerage products and functionality to our Agent field. The primary function of Brokerage Services is to provide a consultative partnership, strategic support and outstanding customer service to our field agents. Reporting to the Brokerage Services Manager, the Brokerage Services Representative will serve as the primary communication point for agents. Flexibility of working a shift from 9:30-6:30pm. Responsibilities include: - Provide day to day support via phone and email.
- Problem resolution
- Ensure agent satisfaction by pro-actively addressing all service issues.
- Track and trend service issues.
- Manage effective relationships with internal and external customers.
- Provide best practices and training on all Signator products and services.
- Participate in departmental projects and initiatives.
- Provide exceptional service.
- Supporting the trade desk for the execution of equity, mutual fund and fixed income trading.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a business related field
- Financial services / Customer service experience
- Commitment to Quality
- The ability to manage customer relationships in a fast paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills
- Business and industry knowledge
- Series 7 and 63 (required within 6 months of hire)
