Position Purpose
The Bronze Account Manager’s (BAM) purpose is to develop, retain and grow revenues/profits within assigned bronze clients for all business lines within Recall. The BAM will maximize organic growth of client base and leverage all services to obtain revenue growth. The BAM maintains client communications, develops client and field relationships and executes project based campaigns.
Key Accountabilities
The Account Manager's responsibilities include but are not limited to:
· Overall client satisfaction and retention of clients
· Profitably growing assigned account portfolio
· Identifying and developing opportunities to increase Recall’s presence/revenue across all of Recall’s service lines.
· Manage contract renewals and monitors pricing change
· Organize quareterly or annual business reviews that may involve Recall and client’s management teams
· Complete special projects/campaigns as required to meet Recall objectives
o New product/technology introductions (RFID, etc.)
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
1-2 years of sales or account management experience preferred (Bronze Accounts)
Must be bilingual in French and English; written and spoken.
