SEEKING EXPERIENCED RESTAURANT MANAGERS

We are seeking a qualified Kitchen Manager, in addition to experienced Shift Leads, to help lead a team at an industry-leading concept. Qualified candidates must truly understand hospitality, and how to coach their team to consistently deliver on those high standards.
Provide leadership and motivation to ensure that all Managers and Team Members are guest-focused, team-focused, and community-connected. Exercise knowledge of restaurant operations, manage staff resources, provide counsel, develop and coach Managers and Team Members and improve sales, profits and operating standards.
Qualified candidates must be highly talented operators who bring a minimum of 3-5 years restaurant management experience, including progressive leadership experience. This role requires the completion of a high school education (college preferred). Experience managing in a high volume restaurant with a full bar is preferred. The ability to satisfactorily pass an extensive airport background check is required.
· Candidates must be highly motivated, self-directed, and results driven with strong organization skills, attention to detail and professional written and verbal communication skills.
· Proven track record of successfully managing multiple priorities in a fast paced, high volume work environment.
· Maintain confidential information, adhere to and enforce company policies, programs and compliance issues.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES / RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Recruit, hire and oversee training of team.
o Consistently maintain adequate staffing levels of each core area within restaurant.
o Monitor and ensure restaurant Team Members achieve applicable competency certifications.
o Coach restaurant team to be welcoming and professionally friendly to guests.
o Build and develop Team Members who can achieve established goals for their area and overall restaurant.
o Provide ongoing feedback to all restaurant Team Members for ongoing improvement.
· Financial and Administrative
o Meet restaurant sales objectives by closely tracking daily performance and proactively driving sales.
o Meet restaurant budget of all cost lines.
o Ensure payroll budget is met via optimal staff scheduling, while maintaining hospitality standards.
o Execute all restaurant administrative tasks, including proper cash handling and timely bank deposits.
o Provide direction and controls to meet Loss Prevention objectives.
· Food and Beverage quality
o Properly plan and order all inventory items: food, beverage, and all supplies.
o Ensure specifications are consistently followed to include portioning, preparation, and presentation.
· Ensure liquor regulations are maintained.
o Ensure portion control is followed in bar.
o Conform to all alcoholic beverage regulations.
· Food Safety / Health and Sanitation
o Enforce sanitary practices for food handling, general cleanliness, and maintenance of kitchen and dining areas.
o Ensure compliance with operational standards, company policies, federal/state/local laws and ordinances.
