The position requires a creative, motivated and organized self-starter with a professional attitude to be responsible for all aspects of HVAC control systems engineering work.  Qualified candidates will be responsible for hardware design and programming of LON and BACnet based HVAC DDC low-voltage control systems, development and generation of control drawings, user interface graphics, start-up, testing and commissioning of control systems on commercial construction projects and retrofits.

Candidate should have at least 1 year of experience with Tridium AX software and Honeywell XL10 and Spyder unitary and VAV controllers.  Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, Visio and Auto CAD are preferred.

Approximately 75% office engineering time, 25% on-site field start-up/commissioning time.   Southern Air will provide relocation assistance.
