Position: Building Engineer - HVAC Technician

Location: Billerica & Lexington, MA

Job Description:

• Work on a portfolio of 1st class office buildings performing a wide range of HVAC repair, maintenance, and installation tasks.


• Interact with tenants in a corporate environment


• Optimize building mechanical equipment operation


• Purchase supplies as needed.


• Operate a Metasys EMS and manage mechanical equipment energy consumption.


• Implement a preventative maintenance program


• Assist with the supervision of vendors.


• Perform other building maintenance tasks outside of the HVAC trade as needed.


• Work in a team environment with other Building engineers.


• Report to a Chief Engineer and Property Manager.


• Shared responsibility for on-call coverage

 
Qualifications: Must have an HVAC refrigeration technician license and a minimum of 5 years experience. Willing to perform tasks outside of the HVAC trade. Must communicate effectively, have good customer service skills, and be organized.
