Building / Turret Guard

Brink’s U.S., a division of Brink’s, Incorporated, is the premiere provider of armored car transportation, ATM servicing, currency and coin processing, document destruction and other value added services to financial institutions, retailers and other commercial and government entities.  The company has a proud history of providing growth and advancement opportunities for its employees.  We have a challenging opportunity for a Building / Turret Guard.

 

Specific Job Duties:

         Maintain the safety, security, and control of the building at all times

         Control access to the building

         Verify identification of all persons seeking access to the building

         Verify entrance authorization for all persons seeking access to the building

         Monitor CCTV system for any suspicious persons/vehicles near the building

         Alert management of any suspicious or unusual persons, vehicles, or situations

         Notify emergency services if needed

         Maintain radio communication with truck crews on a regular basis throughout the day

         Scan personnel with metal detectors, as directed

         Complete appropriate daily written reports

         Other duties as required

Skills/Qualifications:
Minimum qualifications include:

         Excellent written and verbal communication skills

         Good observation skills

         Minimum of 21 years of age

         Willing to work in an armed environment and able to qualify for a firearm permit

         History of working collaboratively with others

         Solid work history and credit record

         Strong ethics and integrity
