POSITION OVERVIEW:
Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Charter Business Sales Manager, this position is responsible for the negotiation and documentation of Rights-of-Entry (ROE) and Bulk service agreements with Commercial Bulk properties throughout the assigned territory. However, some negotiations facilitated by the Commercial Bulk Account Executive (CBAE) may include large clients with property interests in multiple KMA´s and states.
Essential Functions of the Position
Sell, upgrade and/or renew bulk video (primary focus), HD, VOD, bulk data, T1-PRI, oBI or any other Charter Business service to Commercial Bulk customers and/or non-customers
Focus on retaining and maximizing revenue from existing commercial bulk properties. Prioritize renewal activity based on revenue risk to Charter Business
Work with Sales Operations to maintain an accurate list of existing Commercial Bulk accounts including all pertinent contact, contract and billing information within the KMA service area
Work with Sales Operations to obtain and maintain a list of serviceable/near serviceable non-customer lists including all pertinent contact, size, current provider, contract information (if known) and contact information within the KMA service area Not for commercial bulk
Negotiate renewal agreements or addendums with seasonal bulk accounts to move all to the Charter Business Seasonal Suspend program
Qualify and develop positive, professional relationships with prospective and existing Commercial Bulk clients
Prepare ROI´s for approval prior to proposals being submitted to prospective properties
Coordinate with the sales engineer and construction coordinator/surveyor to create and present proposals that successfully meet our customers' communications requirements
Prepare proposals and contracts in accordance with company guidelines
Negotiate competitive Commercial Bulk service agreements based on established strategic, financial, legal and operational criteria (i.e. new construction, post construction, etc.)
Work with Sales Operations to prepare and implement annual Commercial Bulk account rate increases
Ensure rate consistency by franchise area and via corporate bulk rate guidance
Work with local AC to ensure all appropriate data is captured in SF.com for every opportunity
Provide weekly status reports to Supervisor as required
Perform other duties as requested by supervisor

Specialized or Technical Knowledge Required
Strong knowledge of telecommunications products and services including but not limited to fiber optics (transport and Internet), T-1 PRI, business telephone (POTS) cable internet or DSL, digital video and associated ancillary services
High degree of working knowledge and experience with Access Laws and rules (i.e. Rights of Entry or Rights of Access), FCC requirements (i.e. Inside Wiring Rules) required
Experience with Microsoft Office applications required, e.g. Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
Experience with automated reporting and analysis applications preferred
Experience with CRM software preferred.
Cooperation and Teamwork: Successful completion of job functions will require frequent support from teams and/or team members across reporting lines
Education
Bachelors degree in marketing, advertising or related field, or equivalent experience
