What exactly is a Business Account Representative (BAR)? 

The BAR serves as the primary point of contact to assigned business customers. Responsible for coordination of complex telecom projects, the BAR ensures specialized service and attention will be provided to each customer’s request. BAR is responsible for coordinating installation of products and services and ensuring customer satisfaction and support through direct contact with assigned customers.  Consistently delivers high-quality services to our clients. As the face of Ritter Communications, the BAR is responsible for building and maintaining the highest level of customer service to business customers of every size by acting as a trusted advisor.

Hours:  Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm
