Business Analyst--Asset Management
BUSINESS ANALYST - ASSET MANAGEMENT The Judge Group is seeking an IT Asset Management Specialist for a long term consulting role in the St. Louis area. Candidates will: - Focus on hardware/software assets for client operations across North America.
- Individual will be responsible for handling computer software licensing, reporting, reconciliations and handling the inventory processes for 4.8 million in software installs.
- Will be responsible for providing annual Executive Summaries to senior leadership, write procedures for inventory adjustments, may also need to assist in creating asset bar code tagging/inventory procedures.
Requirements: - Familiarity with inventory management systems - specifically HP OpenView Asset Center and Enterprise Discovery
- 4+ years of corporate or technology experience in Asset Management, Help Desk or Tech Support capacity.
- 2+ years of business operations experience, preferably in a supply chain, asset management or inventory roles.
- Strong written and oral skills, able to develop process flows, able to work independently and the ability to multi-task.
- Ability to troubleshoot issues, handle pressure and work with people with patience, decorum and diplomacy.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft products: Microsoft Work, PowerPoint, Excel and Visio.
