This is a Contract to Hire position of 6 months duration.

Must Have:

* 4+ years experienece as Business Analyst
* Exceptionally strong technical expertise in Microsoft SharePoint and Access and demonstrated hand's-on ability to turn requirements into implemented results
* Strong knowledge of process and project management and track record of delivering results in aggressive timeframes and ambiguous and changing requirements
* Working knowledge of Business Continuity Planning (BCP) practices and trends (strong interest in developing BCP domain skills required if not already possessed).
* Exceptionally strong organizational and execution skills under tight timelines
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills; excellent analytical skills and ability to break down the complex into the understandable and manageable; gifted ability to effectively communicate technical issues in a non-technical manner
* Ability to inspire and work collaboratively with individuals of highly diverse cultures in a global and virtual environment; faculty for adapting management style and 'leading from behind' when required; demonstration of diplomacy and "grace under fire"
* Organizational agility - the ability to work in a productive and cooperative way with a variety of people ranging from VPs to individual contributors and support staff
* A gifted tactical "finisher" who demonstrates impressive throughput and ability to leverage tools and other factors to deliver on-time on-quality.
* Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Finance or equivalent work experience

Nice to Have:

* Experience with Info path
* Proven advanced grasp of methodologies and standards like ITIL, BS25999, NFPA 1600, CMMI and others
* Management consulting/Big Six experience
* Industry certifications such as CBCP or equivalent or PMP

Responsibilities:

* Manage the Resiliency SharePoint sites, ensuring data and site integrity, developing and enhancing features of the site using Microsoft SharePoint, FrontPage and other Web development tools
* Take an ownership role in managing the data collected for Business Impact Analysis, exercises and other efforts using Microsoft InfoPath, Access and other tools, ensuring data integrity and consistency, developing reports and analyses and otherwise supporting the effort
* Support the development of resiliency/continuity strategies, including reconciliation and alignment of requirements, production of high-level cost estimates and high-level project plans, and development of executive presentations
* Support the implementation of a global standard Business Resiliency framework, standards and procedures; work directly with business areas to draft emergency playbooks, procedures and other supporting documentation using Microsoft Word, SharePoint and other tools
* Track, manage and document implementation tasks, mock disaster exercises and other project efforts needed to roll out and sustain the Resiliency program
* Perform research and contribute to best practice development
* Support the development of educational and awareness material and other program collateral
* Other related duties as appropriate, with responsibilities growing over time

Job Description:

This position will support Company's Business Resiliency Program in the data management, technical writing and project management efforts needed to roll out Business Continuity and other related programs throughout the enterprise. With minimal supervision, the position will have major interaction with all business units. This position must possess significant work experience in a mission-critical, revenue-driven, 24x7 environment. They must be proficient in achieving superior results in a matrixed and virtual reporting structure within a collaborative and aggressive culture under sometimes ambiguous requirements. They must excel and thrive on prodigious development/analysis/presentation of copious amounts of data and documentation. The position reports into the Principal Resiliency Strategist within Enterprise Information Security, whose mission is to drive Business Continuity (BC), Crisis Management (CM), aspects of Emergency Response (ER) and related efforts across the global enterprise.
