CIBER is looking for a strong Business Analyst with excellent communication skills and a strong background in Business Intelligence environments.  (Either worked in a BI environment or been a BA for a BI project.)  The Business Analyst must be able to pick up a project mid-stream.

• Proficient in using MS Office applications (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Project)


• 5 years experience in designing, developing, and executing test strategies, test plans, and test cases


• 5 years experience in writing technical documentation


• 2 years experience in Project Planning


• Requires highly developed skills for detail analysis, efficiency, structure, and continuous improvement


• Proven analytical and communication skills


• Proven project management skills


• Proven ability to prioritize and meet aggressive deadlines


• Proven ability to adapt to a changing environment and multi task assignments


• Proven ability to approach problem with a sense of ownership, enthusiasm, and innovation


• Must be a team player and yet be able to work independently
