Business Analyst/Document Management

About the Job

The Business Analyst (BA) is responsible for a range of activities which ensure the operational effectiveness and excellence of the System .
The BA will maintain his/her schedule by following the project rollout checklist and specifications, estimating time requirements for each assigned business unit, establishing deadlines, monitoring milestone completion, tracking all phases of the BA service lifecycle, providing timely reporting of issues that impact project progress, coordinating actions, and resolving conflicts. (This includes documenting and escalating issues .)   The BA will be a functional expert on the System and will be a primary point of contact between the business unit and Management Center.  
Responsibilities
* Work directly with appropriate team personnel to understand project concept, objectives and approach.
* Facilitate the business requirement gathering process for all departments and matches the business requirements to the technical capabilities of the system.
* Administer the project rollout checklist.
* Serve as an overall implementation specialist who may need to investigate issues that need to be resolved before departmental rollout.
* Appropriately elevate issues to management.
* Ensure next level activities are handed off correctly to the appropriate project leads.
* Make appropriate recommendations that will positively impact the use of the System .
* Support the change management process by communicating departmental requirements .
