plumRHINO Consulting has a contract opportunity for a Business Analyst - FX Operations in Atlanta, GA.  The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Business or Finance with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in Financial Services/Bank Operations.  A solid understanding of Foreign Exchange is preferred.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for gathering documentation for future state reporting requirements, document future state business processes, and develop documentation for inclusion in training materials
• Assist in the definition of the security roles, trade data mapping and detect any shortcomings in the mapping rules and provide support in the documentation of FX Operations relevant configuration settings

Requirements

• Experience supporting and coordinating testing activities, producing high quality documentation, identifying, escalating issues, reporting risk areas and providing solutions
• Extensive experience interviewing subject-matter experts to understand process
• Strong experience writing and reviewing business requirement documents required

• Technical writing/workflow diagramming experience and MS Applications experience required specifically MS Visio and MS Word
• Excellent organizational, time management and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to work independently or in a team environment
• Solid understanding Foreign Exchange is preferred
