5-Year - 10-Years in the retirement plan administration or mutual fund industries including 4 years experience with Financial Services or related products
 
• In-depth knowledge of deferred compensation, defined contribution administration,  and the mutual fund administration industries
 
• Must be able to work independently with little or no direction
 
• Must have exceptional interpersonal skills and have a strong desire to provide superb customer service
