Responsibilities:

Elicit requirements using various means to include interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, storyboards, surveys, site visits, business process analyses, use cases, scenarios, etc.

Lead requirements analysis, ensuring that requirement statements and associated context diagrams and data dictionaries are complete, consistent, concise, comprehensible, traceable, feasible, unambiguous, and verifiable, and that they conform to standards

Contribute to meetings with stakeholders to verify and validate requirements

Communicate stakeholder requirements to technical team and vice versa, including translating business needs into technical requirements and technical constraints into operational constraints

Work with engagement project management leadership to develop, plan, and implement project plans and strategies

Capture knowledge in routine meetings related to the project

Assist in the planning, logistical, and knowledge capture needs of requirements gathering sessions with the origination community

Lead the completion of discrete tasks as assigned

Track routine project initiatives and milestones

Complete session reports including all data analysis, and coordinate through the approval process

Deliver high-quality work products

Work as a strategic team member to provide the organizational support required for project success

5+ years business analysis experience in the Federal Government space

Experience with requirements analysis

Significant task planning experience

Proven writing ability

Strong quantitative and analytical skills

Experience working on fast-paced teams that require multi-tasking

Experience (preferred) or interest (required) in working with state and local officials

Ideal teammate is also organized and detail-oriented
