Responsible for directing and providing business/statistical analysis to understand the impact of various influences on the credit dynamics, as it relates to losses, of the credit card portfolio including:
- Collections segmentation performance
- Macro economic drivers of credit performance
- Impact of regulatory changes to the business
- Collections Operations performance impact on future loss expectations
- Changes to industry (i.e. bankruptcy trends)
- Manage and implement ongoing reporting to monitor these influences
Partner with Collections Operations, Collections Strategy, and Risk teams to understand & validate the loss impact of new strategies and policies.
Provide insight to Finance and Risk Partners on how Collections Operations performance is driving results inside of expected forecast ranges
Develop financial modeling processes to insure that the appropriate data and reporting structure are in place to effectively manage the quality and flexibility of the Loss Forecasting process.
Provide independent, balanced perspectives on plans, risks and opportunities as well as thorough analytics into variances against expected results.

BS/BA degree required; MBA/MA/MS in finance, or quantitative analysis preferred
4-8 years of financial forecasting experience,Credit Card experience not required, however strongly preferred.
