ServiceLink is the national lender platform for the FNF family of companies, providing a full suite of origination, default, business consulting and technology related products and services to the industry’s national and regional mortgage originators and servicers. The company is in need of a Business Analyst who will play a critical role in the creation of the next generation of ServiceLink’s products.
Job Summary:
· As a ServiceLink business analyst, your responsibilities will include gathering requirements, helping to define a product vision and strategy, and working with world-class engineers to execute it.

Skills and Experience:
· At least 5 years direct experience developing enterprise software, with special consideration given to experience in the area of workflow and SaaS based applications.
· Product Management or product design experience.
· Financial Services Experience - Loss mitigation experience preferred.
· Experience developing Internet products and technologies.
· Experience with all aspects of the System Development Lifecycle; knowledge of successful software development methodologies and best practices.
· Must be extremely detail oriented, a good problem solver, a good listener, articulate (in both writing and verbal communications), and able to handle projects alone and within a group.
· Positive attitude, negotiation skills, strong written and oral communication skills are also required.
· Special consideration given to experience in the area of workflow, rules, SaaS based and highly configurable applications.
· Strong understanding of technologies and products that are used to assist in the product management process, including Sharepoint/Wiki, Word, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft Applications.
· Undergraduate Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business, or equivalent work experience.
