Functional Responsibility
System Analysis:

• Critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
• Collaborate with business users and subject matter experts to investigate and establish requirements
• Analyze and evaluate present or proposed business procedures or problems to define data processing needs
• Combine an understanding of business drivers with the experience of technical implementation to actively capture all user requirements
• Create  acceptance criteria for implementation of business requirements
• Be the liaison between the business units, technology teams and support teams
• Provide training to end users

Business Analysis:

• Generate  key business information through data mining and analysis
• Interpret findings and prepare for presentation to management
• Assist in the development of  process documentation including the preparation of workflow charts and key process designs
• Communication of project requirement and milestone to participants

Skills and Knowledge Required:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers and subject matter experts
• Ability to investigate and analyze information and to draw conclusions. Ability to plan, implement, test and troubleshoot system software
• 3+ years of systems/analysis experience with Operational or Financial metrics
• Excellent Excel & PowerPoint skills
• Experience with SalesForce.com a plus
• Project Management Experience a plus

Minimum Education Required:

• College degree (4 year)
• Advanced degree preferred, but not required
