As a member of the North American Finance team this position will provide analytical business support to two of Rhodia's businesses (combined sales equaling $550M USD). This position will be responsible for the following to support the Worldwide controlling team and Finance Directors: global business controlling in terms of P&L and Cash Flow statements; monthly/quarterly result and variance analysis; preparing all forecasts and budgets; analysis and reporting to the NA Business Management and Worldwide Controller; standard costing (variable costs, fixed costs and depreciation); analysis of business operations to support and advise business performance improvements; advising the business in the financial area of contracts; ensuring internal control compliance in all processes; coordinating with Plants Controllers and Site Managers; ensuring all systems are customized to support the business in compliance with worldwide structures.
