This position is responsible for analyzing and documenting business requirements, recommending workflow improvements and application enhancements, and for configuring and monitoring key performance indicators.
Major Responsibilities
· Analyze and document client and internal business requirements.
· Document workflow and recommend improvements.
· Configure and monitor key performance indicators.
· Research and resolve complex client inquiries and requests.
· Test software applications to identify bugs and opportunities for improvement.
· Other duties and tasks as assigned by management.
Education/Experience
· Requires an undergraduate degree.
· Requires 3 years experience in business analysis.
· Prefer 3 years experience working at a P&C insurance carrier, TPA, or other such entity within the workers’ compensation industry.
Knowledge
· Prefer knowledge of the insurance industry.
· Requires thorough knowledge of the principles of business analysis.
