THE JOB OPPORTUNITY:

Business Analyst

WE OFFER THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE THE OPPORTUNITY TO:

* Provide analytical expertise
* Recommend and implement process improvements
* Participate in defining performance standards and measuring results

* Evaluate business processes and recommend improvements
* Be able to work quickly and accurately
* Establish performance standards and methods to measure results
* Produce and analyze statistical data
* Be able to work independently yet function as part of a team
* Other duties, as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelors degree required
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent verbal and written communication a MUST
2 to 3 years work experience preferred
Insurance industry experience is a plus
