RESPONSIBILITIES
Review, analyze and evaluate business processes and user needs. Author specifications and requirements for software and hardware solutions to meet those needs. Assist in project plans and work processes.
- Schedule, coordinate and lead information-gathering meetings regarding business requirements
- Provide practical expertise and guidance in troubleshooting and correcting proprietary system issue.
- Author documentation for the system enhancements and bug fixes that are to be coded
- Assist in the project management of small and/or short timeframe projects and the administration of the tools used to track and report business analysis and programming work effort
- Facilitate user acceptance testing of application development enhancements and bug fixes
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience/competence with Microsoft applications such as Excel, Word, Outlook, Visual SourceSafe, and Visio.
- Competence in designing database-driven, dynamic forms using MS InfoPath.
- All techniques apply the software development life cycle process.
- Must be detail-oriented and able to work under strict and tight deadlines.
- MS Project experience desirable.
- Associates degree in industrial technology, computer or applied science, management information systems or equivalent experience required.
