•  Gathering Business Requirements

•  Developing functional specifications

•  Writing detailed use cases

•  Analyzing and improving business and technical processes

•  Strong leadership, planning and organizational skills

•  Solid understanding of various technical environments and business functions

•  UML or RUP experience a plus, but not required
