Chartis has an opportunity for a Business Analyst within our Executive Liability division.
As a Business Analyst for the Executive Liability division, you will be responsible for the following:
Manage and collaborate on day to day activities related to business systems maintenance and development including:
Business requirements, scope documents, business cases, use cases, project plans, test plans, systems requirements, and other project documentation as needed
Coordinate and participate in user testing
Post implementation process including documentation of release notes, user manuals, etc., user training, and management to resolution of post implementation issues
Manage day to day activities related to business process remediation and improvement initiatives:
Create and maintain complex Excel spreadsheets and Access databases
Develop and produce management reports
Develop and publish web tools for data capture, reporting, and analysis
