KEY EXPERIENCE: C#.Net, SOA, Web Services, XML, WCF, Oracle, UDDI,

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:. Work with project management team, technical team and business unit in the requirements gathering process to determine high level designs Coding and designing and delivering fully functional application Using best practices for development Assist in testing efforts, perform unit testing and fixes during testing process Assist the support team in deployment Other related development tasks in the SDLC Deliverables: All documentation regarding system design Requirement document Detailed System Architecture Diagram Data-flow Diagram Class Diagrams Activity and State Diagrams Component Diagrams Deployment Diagrams Configurations Modules for the system written in C#, BPM Process Flows Use cases and misuse cases for handoff to QA team A minimum of 8 years experience in .Net/C# development for large-scale enterprise applications; Experience in Service Oriented Architecture and Web Service development Strong knowledge of XML Technologies (XML, XSL, XSD); Windows WCF knowledge Experience with relational databases preferably Oracle; Web service development experience; experience with WS-* second generation standards Familiarity with PKI architecture and understanding of how server-client certificate works is required Solid knowledge of testing tools and techniques; Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate to all project members and stakeholders; must be a team player who works well with technical and non-technical resources; Must be able to take strategic direction from executive management and participate in strategic planning activities throughout the lifetime of the project; Must be able to see tasks through to completion without significant guidance. Must be able to provide documentation on their work. Desirable Skills:  A Masters degree in Computer Science, or Mathematics is desired; Knowledge of BPM Engines and business activity monitoring Knowledge UDDI, and web services security gateways Knowledge of National Information Exchange Methodology (NIEM) Experienced with formal SDLCs and business analysis methodologies; Working knowledge of business analysis documentation. Prior experience from a gov’t agency is highly desired.
